1. Case Presentation

  • 6-year-old male with high anorectal malformation underwent colostomy, posterior sagittal anorectoplasty (PSARP), and colostomy closure in the first year of life. 
  • After colostomy closure he had multiple urinary tract infections and eventually ended up with enough renal damage to require a renal transplant. 
  • He continues to have urinary tract infections
