  • 6-year-old male with ARM underwent colostomy, PSARP, and colostomy closure in first year of life. 
  • After colostomy closure he had multiple urinary tract infections and eventually these ended up with enough renal damage to require a renal transplant. 
  • He continues to have UTls.
