1. Case Presentation

6-year-old male with ARM underwent colostomy, PSARP, and colostomy closure in first year of life.
After colostomy closure he had multiple urinary tract infections and eventually these ended up with enough renal damage to require a renal transplant.
He continues to have UTls.
