The Hendren Project is honored to sponsor a series of webinars held quraterly that support Maintentenance of Certification activities in Brazil focusing on Thrombosis in Children. These webinars are dual cast in English and Portuguese and are attended primarily by pediatric medical students in Brazil. The format is the presentation of background materials on selected important topics in thrombosis in children. This is followed by patient case discussions that focus on specific challenges in treating and diagnosing thrombosis. Attendees participate through various responses to questions that become integrated into the larger discussion. The webinar series is open to all members of The Hendren Project who have an interest in learning more about current challenges in treating and managing thrombosis in children.
