1. Case Presentation
- A 14-year-old girl presents with 2 days of worsening RLQ pain & vomiting.
- US shows normal appendix & enlarged right ovary, with possible torsion.
- AFP, bHCG, CA-125 are all normal.
- At laparoscopy, no torsion is found but an enlarged ovary with no obvious mass is identified.
