1. Case Presentation

  • A 14-year-old girl presents with 2 days of worsening RLQ pain & vomiting. 
  • US shows normal appendix & enlarged right ovary, with possible torsion. 
  • AFP, bHCG, CA-125 are all normal. 
  • At laparoscopy, no torsion is found but an enlarged ovary with no obvious mass is identified.
