Case Overview: 

A 16-month-old female with complex cloacal anatomy referred in 1997. Prior sigmoid colostomy at birth.

Follow Up: 
  • Patient at age 21 years had normale bowel and urinary control
  • Coitus is satisfactory
  • Left ovarian cyst removed at age 23 years
