Case Overview: 
- 5-year-old cloaca patient was referred in 1980 as a "nightmare" case
 - All prior surgery had failed including rectal, vaginal, and ureteral operations
 - Previous colostomy and vesicostomy.
 
Follow Up: 
- Bowel control and urine control were satisfactory during childhood
 - Patient developed a squamous cell bladder carcinoma, which was treated with cystectomy and a continent, catheterizable pouch
 - In August 2013, pelvic tumor recurred
 - She was currently undergoing treatment with chemotherapy
