  • 7 yo female presents to clinic to discuss a "hemangioma" present since birth.
  • Lesion fluctuates in size; swelling when crying, angry, or upside down.
  • U/S: Hypoechoic compressible spaces, no- to slow-flow.
  • MRI: Protuberant lesion involving the superficial tissues.
